- IF YOU DON’T FEEL WELL BEFORE THE OUTING, PLEASE STAY HOME! EVERYONE’S SAFETY IS OUR TOP CONCERN.
- Liability Waiver: To streamline our registration process, we are asking EACH PARTICIPANT to send us their signed waiver prior to the outing. Download the form here or on our website
- Please bring your own mask(s) and hand sanitizer
- Masks are required at all times while in the Pro Shop, rest rooms, or any interior space
- We realize this is an outdoor event. We are asking everyone to do their part, to follow the State of Indiana Guidelines, by physically distancing themselves whenever possible and wear their mask when they can not keep the proper distance.
- A few things you can do to help:
- Don’t linger inside your cart,
- Designate one person to be the driver for the day.
- Get out of the cart and walk to your ball as much as you can.
- Keep your personal items in the cart separated (ball(s), tee(s), phone, snacks)
- Every participant will receive their own IRCA RTIC 30 oz Tumbler. Please mark your tumbler
- We are working on an online check-in process. Things may look a little different this year. Be patient and help us out as much as your can.
- The Firestone club raffle will be 1 ticket for $5.00 and 3 tickets for $10.00. You can pay by Zelle or cash, please bring plenty of $5 and $10 bills if paying cash (raffle is for contractors only)
Registration Opens: 10:30 A.M.-12:30 P.M. Everyone must register to receive lunch and dinner tickets
Range Opens: 10:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M. Free to registered golfers
Lunch Served: 11:15 A.M.-12:30 P.M. (BURGER IN A BOX: Fresh Grilled Burgers, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Cookie, Soft Drinks or Bottled Water) PLEASE LET US KNOW ON YOUR REGISTRATION FORM IF YOU ARE NOT EATING LUNCH.
Shotgun Start: 12:30 P.M.
Snacks (Candy bars, chips and crackers) will be available on Beverage Carts
Prizes will be awarded immediately following the outing (THERE WILL NOT BE A DINNER SERVED THIS YEAR): Prizes include team low gross, low net, 4 closest to the pin, 2 longest drives, and set of clubs from Firestone.
